Vector³ - Oz Audio warrants the
Vector³ series of loudspeakers against any manufacturing defects for a
period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. The
warranty is then extended for a period of two (2) years from the
original date of purchase if installed by an authorized Oz Audio
dealer.
Matrix and Matrix Elite - Oz Audio
warrants the Matrix Series of loudspeakers against any manufacturing
defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of
purchase. The warranty is then extended for a period of three (3) years
from the original date of purchase if installed by an authorized Oz
Audio dealer.
Power Series – Oz Audio warrants
the Power Series of loudspeakers against any manufacturing defects for
a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. The
warranty is then extended for a period of one (1) year from the
original date of purchase if installed by an authorized Oz Audio
dealer.
Enclosures - Oz Audio warrants its speaker enclosures against
any manufacturing defect for a period of six months from the original date of
purchase.
What is covered under your Oz Audio warranty
This
warranty applies to all Oz Audio products sold to consumers by
authorized Oz Audio dealers in the United States. Products purchased by
consumers outside the United States from an authorized Oz Audio dealer
are covered only by that country's distributor and not OZ Audio or JTI.
Who is covered under the Oz Audio Warranty
This warranty covers only the original purchase of Oz Audio product
purchased from an authorized Oz Audio dealer in the United States. To
receive service, the purchaser must provide JTI with a copy of the
receipt stating the customer name, dealer name, product purchased and
date of purchase. Products that are found to be defective will be
replaced or repaired (with a product deemed to be equivalent) at JTI's
discretion.
What is not covered under the JTI and Oz Audio warranty
1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper operations, water, theft, improper installations
2. Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of the product
3. Service performed by anyone other than an authorized Oz Audio dealer
4. Any product which has had the serial number defaced, altered or removed
5. Subsequent damage to other components
6. Any product purchased outside the United States
7. Any product not purchased from an authorized JTI or Oz Audio dealer
Limit on Implied Warranties
Any
implied warranties including warranties of fitness for use and
merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express
warranty set forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on the
length of an implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply. No
person is authorized to assume for JTI any other liability in
connection with the sale of the product.
Proper Packaging for Returning Items
If
any speakers or electronics are not packaged safely and in proper
containers with cushioning, they will be refused at the time of
delivery. Oz Audio does not warranty improperly packaged items
